Since our introduction nearly twenty years ago, we maintain a comprehensive real property sales database for Cumberland, Adams, Berks, Perry, Franklin, Dauphin, Lebanon and York counties. Sales records are updated using property sales reports produced for public distribution by each county's Tax Assessment Office. As new reports arrive, records are carefully entered onto a database template and published to the Web. This means every confirmed sale (including $0 and $1 sales) in each county's Recorder of Deeds Office should appear in our database.

Sales reports include essential information such as the buyer, seller, parcel number, address, deed reference, price, assessed value, sale date, building size and acreage for sold properties. Use Codes, which describe the style or most recent use for a parcel of real estate, are also present on a sales report. REDS applies a standard list of use codes to the tens of thousands of commercial, industrial, agricultural and residential properties sold annually in our area. Each category of information can be thoroughly explored using our online Search Filter. Even first time users will quickly be doing their own "data mining" with this easy to use search interface.
